It was founded by Adebusola Adio Moses, who brings together an unusual combination of domain knowledge and delivery expertise:
- MSc Applied Project Management (Distinction)
- BSc Plant Science and Biotechnology
- Experience managing multi-site operations and change programmes
- Training in PRINCE2, Agile, risk management and business analysis

After years managing complex operations and studying applied project management, Adebusola AdioβMoses saw the same pattern: great ideas undermined by unclear structures, scattered tools and limited learning from project to project. Soleni was created to give teams a practical, sectorβaware way to run and improve their work.
