The Problem

Strong ideas, fragile delivery

Many plant and agrifood projects start with promising science or technology – new varieties, inputs or digital tools. But a significant number stall or underperform because delivery is messy.

img img

No one owns key decisions. Accountability gaps create delays and missed steps.

img img

Critical project knowledge is scattered and impossible to retrieve when it matters.

img img

Each project starts from scratch. The same risks and mistakes recur season after season.

img img

Delivery failure means promising innovations stay locked in the lab or trial phase.

The Soleni Solution

The Project Genome Companion

img

Soleni treats each innovation project as a β€œproject genome” – a clear structure that captures goals, activities, stakeholders, risks and outcomes.

Our web based Project Genome Companion:

img

Run with Structure

Guides teams through setting up a structured project from the start.

img

Project Control

Keeps tasks, risks and decisions organised in one place.

img

Learn Across Projects

Learns from patterns across projects to highlight risks and improvements.

Why Soleni is different

Built around plant and agrifood projects,
not generic office work

Generic project tools weren't designed with field trials or agrifood pilots in mind. Soleni is.

Domain-specific templates

Pre-built structures for field trials, variety testing, agrifood pilots and applied research – not repurposed office workflows.

Project Genome Model

A unique structural model that captures the DNA of each project, enabling meaningful pattern-based learning over time.

Practical delivery focus

Soleni focuses on practical delivery and learning, not just reporting.

Our Story and Mission

A Better Way to Deliver Agrifood Innovation

Soleni Systems Ltd was founded to address a simple observation: in plant and agrifood innovation, many projects fail in delivery, not in the science.

After years managing complex operations and studying applied project management, Adebusola Adio‑Moses saw the same pattern: great ideas undermined by unclear structures, scattered tools and limited learning from project to project. Soleni was created to give teams a practical, sector‑aware way to run and improve their work.
